The approved sample is the contract. We enforce it.
Remote sourcing’s biggest risk is a quality surprise on arrival. We remove it with three inspection gates and transparent photo/video reporting.
We check at the right moments — not just at the end.
Pre-production (PPI)
Before production starts, we verify materials, components and the approved sample so problems are caught early.
During production (DUPRO)
At ~20–60% output we inspect the first units, check workmanship and correct deviations while there’s still time.
Pre-shipment (PSI)
On finished, packed goods we run AQL sampling for measurements, function, color and packaging before anything ships.
A concrete checklist.
Each inspection is documented with a photo/video report you can review before approving shipment.
Photo & video reporting
You see the goods before they leave Türkiye. Every gate produces a timestamped report — units, defects (if any), packaging and container loading.
If something fails
A non-conformity triggers a clear path: rework, re-inspection, and — if criteria still aren’t met — we hold or reject the batch. You’re never forced to accept off-spec goods.
